La Tortilleria brings pure, time-honoured Mexican food experiences to life through our award winning tortillas and totopos. Using the ancient Aztec craft of nixtamal, our uniquely flavoursome and nutritious products will take you on a journey through the colourful streets of Mexico and its tortillerias.

Improving the taco menu by changing over to nixtamal tortillas from La Tortilleria was probably the smartest change we did. The tortilla alone gave the tacos an additional layer of amazing authentic flavour and these didn’t break like the tortillas made from corn-flour.
